At the beginning of each school year, you will receive a copy of the emergency information currently on file for your child.  Please ensure that it is updated and returned to school as soon as possible. 

We must have contact numbers for parents and an alternate number in the event that we cannot locate you. 

As well, please ensure that any potentially life-threatening allergies or health conditions are clearly indicated.
