We are the 'little school with the big heart' which is visible in our hallways, classrooms, and school yard. We believe in learning and we believe in community.

WELLESWORTH STAFF wish all of our community a safe and healthy 2021. For those who attend the Virtual School, we look forward to when we see you again at Wellesworth. For those in school, we thank you for your continued vigilance in keeping COVID-19 at bay. Our Toronto Public Health Liaison Nurse presented important information on December 15, 2020. Her presentation is here: Toronto Public Health Presentation, December 15, 2020

OUR FUNDRAISER is fantastic - it creates free money for Wellesworth! It is called 'Fund Scrip'. When you purchase a gift card from Fund Scrip, you get the gift card and then, Fund Scrip gives Wellesworth money. For example, if you purchase a $25 Pizza Pizza gift card, then you get a $25 Pizza Pizza and, here is the great thing, Fund Scrip gives Wellesworth $2.50. How good is that?! Order by December 4th to receive your cards before the holidays. Fund Scrip - Free Money For Wellesworth!

Leading and Learning: At Wellesworth Junior School, our students are developing the academic skills that will allow them to excel in the 21st century. In addition to learning our Ontario curriculum, Wellesworth students have opportunities to be involved in many extra curricular activities ranging from joining the Eco Club to being Library Helpers.
Our students participate in many athletic activities where they develop team skills and cooperative attitudes. Thanks to our fantastic parent volunteer leaders and sponsors, our Snack Program provides students with nutrition that sustains their learning. Wellesworth Junior School is an amazing place to learn and lead.
