Don Mills offers a variety of courses in Healthy and Active Living.
We also have specialization courses courses in basketball, weight training and fitness, and racquet sports. We have a pool, and have many different sports teams and clubs to have all students involved.
We also have a breakfast for learning program that ensures good nutrition is available for all students in the morning.
Some of the teams at DMCI include:
- Rugby (Girls and Boys Teams)
- Track and Field
Students also have the option of promoting new teams for consideration and support with secured teacher advisors.
We have strong coaches and great participation in supporting our athletes at DMCI. We also are very accommodating for athletics focused students to meet both their academic and training goals, supporting competition and travel time.
We have a brand new fitness room as well as a healthy living computer lab as of 2015.
