Once again this year we would like to send you our brochures for our French summer camps. However, we are aware that several schools prefers the greener option of posting information on their website or sending brochures via their electronic bulletin.

I am writing to confirm whether your school would like to receive hard copy brochures, to ensure we only send to schools that will distribute them. For your information, Toronto District School Board has approved these brochures. 

We plan on sending 200 copies to be distributed to every French immersion family. Will that be sufficient for you?

If you prefer to inform your parents electronically, I am attaching our brochure in the hope that you can share it with your parents. In addition, if you have a resource section on your website or on your next newsletter, I would appreciate if you would considering inserting a short description with a link to our website. I have taken the liberty to draft an insert for you.

Could you please reply before the end of January when we begin preparing our packages and sending them to your distribution centre?
