The school telephone is to be used for school-related purposes only. Students will not be allowed to use the telephone to make social arrangements (e.g., going to a friend’s house at lunch or after school, staying after school to play outside, etc.). All students’ social activities are personal issues and are to be discussed and arranged prior to coming to school. Students will not be called to the office to accept incoming calls unless it is an emergency. Please note that, in non-emergency situations, we cannot guarantee messages to students will be relayed in a timely fashion.
Use of student cell phones is not permitted unless given specific teacher instruction.
