Grade 7 and 8 Ultimate Frisbee - Mr. Cabaluna and Ms. Dimitropoulos: Hey Bowmore!
Looking for a way to boost your aura, catch some good vibes, and move after school? Come tryout for the Ultimate RIZZbee Team — where we play Ultimate Frisbee, but with a little extra energy, a little more style, and yes… a bit of rizz.
It’s all about teamwork, movement, and learning how to throw and catch like a pro. You don’t need to be an expert — just bring a good attitude and be ready to have fun.
Tryouts start next monday and Wednesday afterschool! Make sure you sign up outside Ms. Dimitropoulos’ or Mr. Cabaluna’s room and that EMA forms are completed before Monday!
Senior Boys Basketball - We’d like to give a huge shoutout and congratulations to our Senior Boys Basketball Team for placing 3rd at the Eastdale Collegiate Invitational Tournament
The team played with heart, hustle, and true Bowmore spirit. They worked together, supported each other, and showed what it means to play as a team. We’re so proud of the way they represented Bowmore, not just with their skills, but with their sportsmanship and teamwork.
Way to go, team — you made us proud!

Ms. Jarvis - Forest of Reading: Hello Everyone. Here are the results from our Forest of Reading votes. Thank you to all the classes and the students in the book clubs who participated. Drum Roll Please….. For the Prix Peuplier the winner was Si J’avais Su, For Blue Spruce the winner is The Lost Stick, For Silver Birch, the winner is Iggy Included and finally for Red Maple the winner is Tig.
Silver Birch and Red Maple will continue their meeting next week until we go to the Festival to find out the winners from across Ontario. All Forest of Reading Books are no open to check out of the library. Happy Reading, Bowmore!

Sr. Girls Slo-Pitch - Miss Kollias: A big thank you to everyone who tried out for the senior girls' slo-pitch team! It was a tough decision to make.
The final team roster has been posted outside Room 203, so please stop by to check it out. Our first practice will be on Tuesday, April 29th, at 8:00 AM. See you there!
