Welcome to Kindergarten Program 

The Welcome to Kindergarten Program (WTK) is designed to support schools as they welcome new kindergarten children and families to school. This program includes early learning resources for children, a series of eight (8) WTK Learning Through Play newsletters for families and online resources to support educators and families as they transition to kindergarten. 

●       8 issues of Learning through Play newsletter: A series of activity suggestions to help families engage in play-based learning with their children throughout the Kindergarten year.

●       Family Orientation Session Resources: Ready-made materials and support to help plan and implement interactive family sessions.

● Full-year access to WTK Dashboard, a repository of all WTK materials that supports educators and families.

●       A WTK Resource bag for both English and French Immersion - high quality early learning materials available for new  students.
