Day 1 (Even) / Day 2 (Odd)
New this year, all TDSB Secondary Schools are following a two day schedule, with afternoon periods flipping between even and odd numbered days. No longer do you need to remember whether yesterday was a day 1 or a day 2!
Ex. September 7th will be Day 1 because “7” is odd. September 8th will be Day 2, because “8” is even. In most cases this will work like it has in the past, with Day 1 and Day 2 alternating, but with some advantages. For instance, even without knowing the school schedule, you can tell that November 18 will be a Day 2, because “18” is an even number.
Day 1/2 “Flipping” Periods:
While mornings will always be the same, afternoon periods switch between Day 1 and Day 2.
