Registering at Forest Hill CI:
In accordance with TDSB Operational Procedure PR 518 Admission Eligibility Requirements revised September 16, 2009, parents wishing to register their child/children in Forest Hill CI must prove their residency within school boundaries as defined by TDSB regulations.

Please note: Families must reside at the in-district residential address at the time of registration.
If you are NOT currently attending a TDSB school and recently moved into our catchment area, you will need to complete the TSSB Online School Registration Form. After completing this process, please contact the school to arrange for a registration appointment.
Necessary Documents Required for Registration:
Two documents to prove residency and address:
- One must be either a signed formal lease/rental agreement, taxation document or deed of property.
The other may be a mailed:
- Current mailed Utility Bill (Hydro, Enbridge, City of Toronto Water) or Residential Telephone/Internet/Cable Bill or Bill from Moving Company or a mailed Credit Card Statement or Current Bank Statement
Please note: Personal information regarding finances may be blocked out on the statements, forms, bills.
Other necessary documents:
- Birth Certificate or Passport or Proof of Canadian Residency
- Work/Study Permit (if applicable)
- Health Card
- Immunization Documents
- IEP – Individual Education Plan, IPRC Documentation (if applicable)
- Gr. 8 students – most recent report card
- Gr. 9 – 12 students – Credit Counselling Summary
