At Parkdale Collegiate Institute, the members of our Student Services work together to help all students be successful in their studies, goal-setting, relationships, and personal lives. We support students right from Grade 9 with their transition to high school, and throughout their high school years with their learning and credit accumulation and with their pathways to post-secondary destinations.
Guidance counsellors assist students with referrals to our Support Staff: the Social Worker, Educational Psychologist, Youth and Family Therapist, Settlement Workers for Newcomers, and Health Services. Student Success teachers help students who are falling behind with their credit accumulation. Our collaborations with our community partners assist students with their academic success, personal well-being, and volunteer and work experiences.
