Eligibility for the JK/SK Program at Rolph Road Elementary School-- Rolph Road Elementary School is considered a "closed" school, which means that we are unable to admit students who live outside of our catchment area. Find your School here. Under certain circumstances, students who are enrolled in the Rolph Road Daycare are able to enter into the Full Day Kindergarten Program at Rolph Road Elementary. Kindergarten Registration for September 2024-25 School Year: Registration for Kindergarten begins February 1st 2024. We look forward to welcoming you and your child.
- Children who will be age 4 by December 31, 2024 / born in 2020 are eligible to start Junior Kindergarten in September 2024.
- If you know families in the community who would like to register, please pass on this information and have them email our School Office Rolph@tdsb.on.ca . Only parents or legal guardians can register their children for school.
- The 2024-25 Full Day Kindergarten Online Registration portal will open February 1st 2024.
- Please proceed to Register your child(ren) from February 1, 2024 onward.

- Check your address if in our catchment first. Find your school -> click here
- Access to the 2024-25 Online Registration Portal to complete the Application segment--> OPENS FEBRUARY 1, 2024
- Once you've completed the Online Registration (OLR), please call our school office 416-396-2435 to book an in-person appointment.

The following documents are required to support and complete the registration:
Documentation Required | The following documents are required when registering a child to attend TDSB school. These documents need to be presented at your In-Person Registration appointment.
- Proof of Age, 1 piece: birth certificate, Canadian passport, Canadian Citizenship card.
- Proof of Address, 2 of the following current documents: Utility bill (e.g. hydro, gas, water), cable TV, internet, or home phone bill, insurance policy (home, tenant, auto or life), mortgage statement, rental or lease agreement or deed, current purchase and sale agreement, property tax bill or notice of tax assessment. Original correspondence from a government agency or legal clinic may be accepted as a second proof of address document.
- Proof of immunization: Report online www.toronto.ca/studentvaccines.
- Ontario Health Card: If applicable
- Verification of date of arrival, if your child was not born in Canada. Families who are permanent residents and refugee claimants may register directly at the school. To register, please visit the International Programs and Admissions Office at 5050 Yonge Street, on the main floor, in order to obtain further information and or obtain a TDSB school admission letter.
SCHOOL OFFICE SUMMER DATES | Our school office will be open until Friday July 05, 2024, and closed for the summer from July 7th - August 23, 2024 - not having access to emails. Office will re-open August 26th, 2024.
