School councils are an excellent way for parents to get involved in their child`s education. Our school has an elected school council that is an important forum for involving all members of the school community in issues that affect the education of students. The school council is made up of an elected committee of parents, a general membership which includes all parent of children attending the school, the principal and staff. The school council is an advisory group that works in partnerships with the principal to support the students and the school.

Elections will be held within 30 school days. The date of the election for parent/guardian members will be announced at least 14 school days before the election.

The nomination form for the 2026–27 School Council will be available by the end of September. If you would like to run for a position or nominate someone, please be sure to include a short biography introducing yourself or your nominee to voters.
