Role of School Council

• The role of school councils is to improve student achievement and well-being and enhance the accountability of the education system.  
• All parents and caregivers of students attending Sir William Osler  are eligible to participate in the Osler School Council as members-at-large and hold executive positions such as Chair.
• The Osler School Council continues to play a  role in supporting families, students and caregivers via ongoing communications with the Principal, Vice-Principal, Superintendent and Board Trustee and parent support meetings featuring guest speakers on topics of interest to families and caregivers.
