Mental Health and Well-Being Resources During Covid-19

The Emergency Response Benefit:    

The Emergency Response Benefit application opened April 6th, 2020.   This provides up to $2000, for 4 months, for those who lost their job due to COVID 19 (not by quitting), or who are eligible for regular EI benefits.  The eligibility criteria is listed clearly on the website.

Hand Up Toronto Application:

Hand Up Toronto is providing $25 worth of food per child in the home.  Families complete the Google form below, and consent to being contacted by Hand Up Toronto to arrange for a food delivery.
