Transitioning to Beverley Heights Intensive Support Classrooms:
The Special Education Staff in your child’s grade 5 school will organize an Identification, and Placement Review Meeting (IPRC). From that meeting you will receive an Offer of Placement.
The staff at your grade 5 school will connect with our Beverley Heights team and we will arrange an opportunity for you, your child and their grade 5 teacher to come for a visit.
During the visit you will have lots of opportunity to see our classrooms, talk to our amazing staff and learn a bit about our programming.
If you choose to accept the offer to attend our school we will support you in all of the necessary steps to ensure a seamless transition to our school.
If you are new to the country or the TDSB:
If your child is new to the TDSB and you are in the residential catchment area of Beverley Heights please contact our school office.
We look forward to supporting you in the process of ensuring the proper identification and placement of your child.
