Mme. Brewster, Mr. Ross, Mme. Simpson, Mr. Sooley - D&D Club: Attention all adventurers! The Dungeons & Dragons Club is today at lunch!
Grades 4 through 6: Join us in Madame Brewster's Room 309 with seasoned adventurers in Madame Simpson’s Rm 311.
Grades 7, 8 and Mr. Ross: Meet us in Mr. Sooley's Room 312.

Mme Riddle, Ms. Rahbek, Mme Buchanan - Primary Chess Club: We are starting a lunchtime chess club for students in Grades 1, 2, and 3. If you are interested in joining the primary chess club, please come to room 11 at the beginning of morning recess to add your name to the sign up sheet. Beginners are welcome!

Mme Brewster, Ms Parkins, Ms. Reid, Mme Simpson - QSA: The QSA will meet tomorrow (Thursday) in room 15 at lunch. Grade 6 to 8, new members and allies are always welcome. 

Days of Significance: Gyan Panchami is celebrated as a day of honoring knowledge and holy books. In Jainism, this day is a time for students,scholars and everyone to celebrate Jnana, the divine or transcendent knowledge or wisdom. It is a day of worship of pure knowledge. Many Jains fast on this day.

Today is I Read Canadian Day…. it is a day to celebrate our amazing Canadian authors. A shout out to our Grade 7s and 7/8s, who were a great audience to a Canadian author, Jessica Vitalis. Come by the library and check out a Canadian book today. Happy Reading, Bowmore!
