Hello Bowmore!

Days of Significance: National Indigenous Veterans Day is a memorial day observed in Canada in recognition of aboriginal contributions to military service, particularly in the First and Second World Wars and the Korean War. It occurs annually on 8 November. The day was first commemorated in 1994.

Brewster, Parkins, Reid, Simpson - The QSA is creating a found materials project and, Bowmore,  we would like your help. We are looking for small light objects that can be glued onto our Pride flag that we will be putting on display. We are looking for things like clean candy wrappers, bottle caps, bits of fabric, paper, felt, yarn etc. Teachers please gather and send to Mme Brewster, Mme Simpson, or Ms Reid.Thank you.

Today is the day! For the assemblies with Aaron Brown, Teachers, please have your classes in the gym ready for your start time. 
Grade 7 and 8 10:00 am
Grade 3 / 4 classes to Grade 6- 11:00 am

Ms. Jarvis - Needle felting: Grade 7 and 8 needle felting in the library today at lunch. On Monday Grade 6-8 students are welcome at lunch to work on Milk Bag Mattresses.
