Days of Significance: Over the weekend, the 555th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Ji will be celebrated. Devotees are going to honour Purnima Tithi in the month of Kartik. This year, Guru Nanak Jayanti is going to be celebrated on November 15, 2024. Guru Nanak Jayanti holds a great religious significance among Sikh community people.
Each year on November 16th we commemorate the life and work of Louis Riel, a revered Métis leader and visionary. This is also an opportunity to celebrate Métis culture and to continue our collective journey of reconciliation with the Métis people.

Ms. Jarvis - Congratulations to the amazing #Shelfies who got our check out to over 5000 books! That is great reading Bowmore but we still have many books overdue. Please check your lockers, backpacks, desks, classrooms and homes for any library books. Please return ASAP. Needle Felting in the library today at lunch since tomorrow is a PA day. 

Office -Grade 7: The 2nd vaccination clinic will be held in the cafeteria in the PM only.  Classes will be called to that space for anyone who did not attend last time.

Mr Seater - This is your final reminder! Saturday is the Bowmore toy drive. There will be hot chocolate, there will be food. There will be a reading by a Blue Spruce winning author and there might even be drumming! All you need to bring is a new, unwrapped toy! Hound your parents! Whining works well! See you there!
