In order to promote road safety for all, we continue to encourage all cars dropping off students to drive ONE WAY going north on WESTOVER HILL.

The parking lot has also raised a number of safety concerns over the years. All parents and students are asked to abide by the following recommendations of the Cedarvale Safe School committee:

• the entrance into the school from the parking lot is NOT available for students, unless they are arriving late to school and require access to the building.
• students may use the west sidewalk and doors to enter and leave the school.
• parents/guardians are asked NOT to use the parking lot to drop off or pick up their children during busy times (8:00am-4:00pm) and are not permitted to drive their cars into the lot at any time. It is strictly reserved for TDSB staff parking only.
