Harbord CI Commencement 2023

Our school’s Commencement ceremony is happening this Friday June 30, 2023 in the auditorium at 10am sharp.
All graduates should start arriving at school at 9am to proceed to their Alpha Block Rooms where they will receive information and procession order.
The room locations will also be posted on walls at the various entry doors to the school. The alpha rooms are as follows:
9:00 am: Grads Proceed to Alpha Block Rooms
- Surnames A-B: Gemsy Joseph Rm. 210
- Surnames C-E: Jenn Rowland Rm. 209
- Surnames F-H: Mark Bauer, Rm 205
- Surnames I - L: Stacey Hamilton Rm 204
- Surnames M-N: Lesley Michael, Rm. 221
- Surnames O-R: Michael Erickson, Rm. 222
- Surnames S-T: Zoe Edwards, Rm 223
- Surnames U-Z: Lynda Anthony: Rm. 225
The doors to the auditorium will open at approximately 9am. Parents will need to show their tickets at the door for entry.
Due to capacity issues, each graduate has been given 2 tickets for their family members to view the ceremony in the auditorium.
We have an ‘overflow’ room where additional family members without tickets can sit and watch the auditorium ceremony via a Zoom livestream. This Zoom viewing will be in room 119.
At the end of the ceremony (approximately 12 noon), light refreshments will be provided in the Main Gym. Graduates and all family members are welcome to join us to share in the celebration.
