Name: Joy Smith
Student Number: 123456789

Password is a Combination of first and last initial (lower case) and student number. Example Joy Smith -js123456789. If you have two last names or hyphenated last name it will be the first initial of the first name listed.

Malvern Locker Assignment Register  

Lockers will be available beginning Thursday September @ 8am. Prior to students reserving a locker through the website, they MUST ensure the locker they want has no bolt or zip tie and that it is in good working order. At that point they must reserve their locker electronically in the system. If a lock is placed on a locker that has not been entered in the system along with the lock combination, it will be cut off.

If students have questions they can come to the office before/after school or at lunch time, not during instructional time.
