S.T.E.M is an interdisciplinary and applied approach to educating students in four specific disciplines — science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
S.T.E.M education 1) develops students with the skills and competencies needed for living in the world; 2) enhances student learning; and 3) helps students solve real-world problems.
At St. Margaret's, we incorporate S.T.E.M. learning across the curriculum through hands-on, inquiry-based activities that encourage students to think critically, collaborate, create, problem-solve, and make meaningful connections to the world around them.
