Full Day Program

The World Health Organization defines mental health as a "state of well-being in which every individual realizes his or her potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community."  While participating in this program, students will explore multiple strategies for coping with their stressors while hiking through our woodlot.  The focus of the activities that will be presented is on the craft of Mindfulness.
