In this certification, learners will participate in a blend of activities that are both theory based and kinesthetic in nature.  Participants will gain an understanding of different types of leadership and they will identify how these fit with their specific sector.  Activities will focus on Global Competency skills such as communication and collaboration.  For this certification, students will be required to demonstrate their learning through a practical assessment.
