THE SCHOOL OFFICE

The SCHOOL OFFICE is one busy place – especially at entry and dismissal times! Please be aware of the following to assist your child(ren).

USE OF OFFICE TELEPHONE
The school telephones are used for business purposes and are in constant demand.
We request that calls home be only for “emergency” situations. If a student is being detained after school or is participating in an after school extra-curricular club and you as parents are unaware, the student will be permitted to use the telephone to call home. However, if students are aware that they will be staying after school, they are expected to let their parents know the day before. Use of the phone should not be on a regular basis.

If your child will be absent from school, please call our “SAFE ARRIVAL ATTENDANCE LINE” AT 416-394-6146.

BICYCLES, ROLLERBLADES & SKATEBOARDS
Bicycles may be ridden to school but must be walked while on school property. Bicycle racks are provided. However, space is limited. Students are reminded to secure their bike to the rack with a proper bike lock. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged bicycles. It is mandatory that all students, up to the age of 18, wear a bike helmet. Students can be fined $150 by the police. Students are asked to leave Rollerblades and Skateboards at home.
