Welcome/Bienvenue to Brian Public School!  

It is a pleasure and a privilege to serve as Principal at Brian Public School.  I look forward to working with you, getting to know the students, and supporting their academic and personal growth.    

A very special welcome to all of our new students and their families to Brian. Welcome back to our returning students and their families as well. We sincerely believe in the partnership between school and parents in order to educate and prepare your children to be happy, engaged, and successful in their educational journey.  

Your child needs your active support by attending school events, keeping in touch with the teachers, checking the planner to ensure that homework is complete, and staying up to date with the many activities happening at the school via our school communication (website and direct emails). We have an active School Council with many parent volunteers who support the school in a variety of ways. Parents are invited to attend the monthly meetings and new members are always welcome. This is a wonderful way to have a positive impact on the experiences your children have while attending Brian P.S.

We endeavour to educate the whole child.  While stressing the basics of Language and Mathematics, we believe that Social Studies, Health, Physical Education, Music, Drama, Dance, Visual Arts, French, and Science are key components to building inquiry and critical thinking skills. Embedded within these disciplines are Character Education, Self-Regulation, and Well-being in order to promote problem-solving skills and build resiliency along the way.
