Quad 3 (February 3, 2026 - April 17, 2026)
Registration Appointments for Quad 3 will be available
January 7th & 8th between 9am & 2pm.
You must come in-person to pick up your appointment time.
All individuals interested in joining BALC's school community in order to achieve their Ontario Secondary School Diploma, PSW certifications, or Childcare Assistant certification MUST have a registration appointment.
There is NO direct entry into PSW; students must register as regular adult students first.

Documents Required for Assessments:
Refugees: Refugee Protection Claimant Document or Acknowledgement of Claim, PRs: Permanent Resident Card, Citizens: Canadian Citizenship Document, passport or birth certificate accompanied by Government Photo Identification. You will not be allowed to write without documents.
Bring: Documentation, Food, Water and a Pen.
