TDSB DAY SCHOOL STUDENTS 

Mid-term and Final Marks will be automatically updated with the TDSB transmission dates. If errors occur, the student’s day school guidance counsellor can access the OUAC platform to update, correct, add, or adjust information according to the course codes and marks listed on the Student Status Sheet.

NON-TDSB STUDENTS FROM A DIFFERENT BOARD

Students are responsible for taking their mid-term and final report cards to their day school guidance counsellor who will update their OCAS/OUAC platforms.

NON-DAY SCHOOL STUDENTS

It is the student’s responsibility to contact the post-secondary institutions they are applying to for assistance on how to receive their mid-term and final marks.

Once the course is complete, the student can log in to their OCAS/OUAC account to request a transcript. The transcript will be automatically uploaded to their profile upon request, and a fee will apply for this service.

For OUAC, students must log in to their account and initiate the transcript request.

NOTE:

Continuing Education Night/Summer schools do not have access to student OCAS or OUAC profiles.

Guidance Counsellors: The mid-term achievement dates for Semester 1 Night School differ from those of the Day School. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the Day School to update students' OCAS/OUAC mid-term and final profiles as the transmission dates do not align.
