The Reach Ahead Program is available to Grade 8s incoming to Grade 9 TDSB students. Students may register only for the Technology and the Skilled Trades, TAS1O1 Grade 9 open course. Incoming Grade 9 students cannot register for other Summer School Secondary Credit courses. Successful completion of this course counts towards the compulsory Technology credit requirement for the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD).
The Reach Ahead Summer School program runs from July 6 to 30, 2026, Monday through Friday, from 8:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Registration Opens: April 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
Registration Closes: June 12, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

Grade 8 students who are not affiliated with the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) and are transitioning into the TDSB system for Grade 9 must complete the Registration Form.
