The Saturday International Language Secondary Credit Program runs from September to May, with classes held on Saturday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This program offers one credit in International Languages
over the course of the school year.
Registration is open to students currently enrolled in an Ontario high school. Students who do not meet this eligibility requirements are not eligible to register.
Course Sequence and Prerequisites
Students must complete Levels B, C, and D in sequence.
Level 1 (BD1): Equivalent to a Grade 10 Academic course - Prerequisite None
Level 2 (CU1): Equivalent to a Grade 11 Academic course - Prerequisite Level 1
Level 3 (DU1): Equivalent to a Grade 12 Academic course - Prerequisite Level 2
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- All registration is done online only.
- The only limitation for not offering classes or languages is the availability of teachers.
- All courses have a limited number of seats and may fill up before registration closes.
- Continuing Education remote students are responsible for their learning materials, including Laptops, Chromebooks, and Internet access. These are not provided by the Continuing Education Department.
