The C.W. Jefferys Learning Commons is a hub for collaboration and independent learning. We have access excellent digital and print resources, as well as diverse spaces that can be used for a variety of academic and extracurricular purposes.

The Teacher Librarians work closely with subject teachers to develop assignments and activities to teach critical thinking and encourage creativity and global citizenship. 

Library Hours - Our Library is a busy place!

• The library is open during regular class times for teachers and students to work with the Teacher Librarian.
• Grade 12 students are welcome to work in the library during their spare.
• Teacher Librarians volunteer their time to open the library before school at 8:00 a.m. and after school until 4:00 (except on Fridays when the library will close at 3:10).

Accessing Library Resources

The TDSB Virtual Library is always available!

• Students, families, and staff can access a variety of digital resources including news articles, academic databases, videos, and ebooks.
