 TOES overnight centres are now prioritizing grade 6 classes. If you are a grade 6 teacher and have not yet booked an overnight trip for this year, you can immediately book any available date. 

To view availability, click the 'Book Overnight Program' button as shown below.  

GRADE 6 VISITS

From here, select Etobicoke Outdoor Education Centre. You can choose your preferred month to view availability. Look for a date that has enough available spots for your group (maximum 62). As a grade 6 teacher, you will be able to book an available spot immediately

In the pop-up window, fill in the details for your group. Please be as accurate as you can (rough numbers okay). If you are not a grade 6 teacher, you will not be able to submit a booking (see below for instructions on the waitlist). Please complete all fields marked with a red asterisk. 

 Click submit at the bottom once all required fields are complete. Your principal will be required to approve the trip.

That's it, you're done and booked! EOEC staff will be in touch roughly 8 weeks prior to your visit. 

NON GRADE 6 VISITS

If you teach a grade other than grade 6, you will not be able to complete a booking, you will need to add your group to the waitlist. Hover over the 'Waitlist' tab and click on 'Wait List Form'. Complete the form for your group by filling in all required fields. Once complete, click submit at the bottom. EOEC staff begin to fill vacant booking spots roughly 8 weeks out.
