The Secondary Leadership Program is an opportunity for Toronto District School Board schools to build the leadership capacity of senior students. Sessions on low ropes, team building, trust, debriefing, mindfulness/awareness, and the qualities of effective leaders train students in skills that create a positive school culture. Teachers choose students to attend the training weekend and those students then return to facilitate weekends at the Etobicoke Outdoor Education Centre for the school's target team (grade 9 and/or 10 students).
