Program Description

The EOEC Secondary Leadership Training program offers grade 12 students from the TDSB a training opportunity to develop their leadership skills. After participating in the Inter-School Leadership Training Weekend, "leaders" are invited to return to EOEC to facilitate a weekend experience for grade 9 and 10 students from their school. This allows leaders a chance to apply the skills they have learned at the inter-school weekend and build their capacity as leaders. Prior to their school weekend, staff who have attended the inter-school weekend guide the senior facilitators in the process of planning their weekend to maximize student involvement, success, and fun!
