Grade 3 and 6 students are required to write the Provincial EQAO assessment.

Our writing dates are:

Grade 6 (Regular and Gifted): May 26-29

GRADE 3 and Room 208 Grade 6 students: June 2, 3, 4, and 8

Please make sure your child attends school on these dates. 

Additionally, you can support your child by sending them to school with a healthy lunch and snacks, a water bottle and putting them to bed on time to ensure they are alert on testing dates.

At Iroquois Junior Public School we strive to provide a wide variety of options for students both inside and outside of the classroom. Our energy and commitment allow us to offer a multitude of experiences through participation in teams and clubs. Students can be part of activities, clubs and teams such as: chess, cross-country, basketball. soccer, knitting club, Peace Keepers, games club, choir and more. Student leadership is encouraged and supported throughout the school. Students are provided with many opportunities to develop their leadership skills and their interpersonal skills through the following activities: office announcement helpers, reading buddies, and house league teams.

Our school day begins at 8:15am and ends at 2:45pm.

Lunch is from 11am-12pm.

We operate on a 5-day cycle as per the TDSB's rotary schedule.
