The TDSB now requires all volunteer supervisors for field trips or sport events to have a valid Police Check. You can obtain a Police Check through the Toronto Police department and then submit your document to the main office at Iroquois.

TRACK AND FIELD (June 3, 2025)

One of our Parent Council initiatives was to get the school a tent and banner for sporting/school events. Thanks to all of our families who have donated and to the Parent Council for helping make this possible.

At Iroquois Junior Public School we strive to provide a wide variety of options for students both inside and outside of the classroom. Our energy and commitment allow us to offer a multitude of experiences through participation in teams and clubs. Students can be part of activities, clubs and teams such as: chess, cross-country, basketball. soccer, knitting club, Peace Keepers, games club, choir and more. Student leadership is encouraged and supported throughout the school. Students are provided with many opportunities to develop their leadership skills and their interpersonal skills through the following activities: office announcement helpers, reading buddies, and house league teams.

Our school day begins at 8:15am and ends at 2:45pm.

Lunch is from 11am-12pm.

We operate on a 5-day cycle as per the TDSB's rotary schedule.
