Conservation of Energy - Where Does Your Food Come From?

Through an active product-tracing activity, students will discover the process of food, beginning with the plant and farmer, ending with packaging, transportation and consumption.

analyze the long-term impacts on society and the environment of human uses of energy and natural resources, and suggest ways to reduce these impact;
