Obtaining and Sending IB transcripts

Do you need transcripts sent to a university?

IB transcripts are sent to the university or college you have been accepted to in grade 12.

Students will receive their IB Diploma/certificates and Transcripts in late September from the school.

The IB coordinator requests transcripts, on your behalf, to be sent to the institution of your acceptance in May/June of your graduating year.

Once you have graduated (after July 1), the coordinator can no longer request transcripts.

You need to request them directly from IB, after you have graduated.

The cost for the request is $17 U.S.  and it may take up to 14 working days to process.
