1.      Mental Health TO (MHTO): What’s UP Walk-In Counselling

·         No fee. No appointment

·         9:30am-7:00pm, Monday-Friday

·         Free mental health support for infants, children, youth and families

2.      Lumenus (formerly Skylark) Walk-In Counselling Services:

Located at: 40 Orchard View Blvd, Suite 102 (Yonge and Eglinton area)

Phone: 416-482-0081  Hours:  Monday 10am-2pm, Tuesday 2pm-6pm, Wednesday 4pm-8pm, Thursday 2pm-6pm, Friday 10am-2pm, Saturday 10am- 2pm.

                 You must show up 90 minutes before closing to ensure that you will be seen that day.

3.      The Griffin Centre:  Youth Outreach Workers who work with youth in flexible ways in the community.

4.      Family Navigation Project:  a free service designed to provide expert navigation of the mental health and addictions service system for youth aged 13-26 and their families, who are living in the Greater Toronto Area).
