New York Trip

NYC Student Group Shot

A long standing Richview tradition, the New York trip, built largely around the Media curriculum, introduces students to a wide range of experiences in North America’s media capital. Catered and customed planned every year by the media teachers at Richview, the trip includes a filmmaking workshop, a hip hop tour of the 5 boroughs, two museums, Broadway, improv, a tour of High Line Park and the Chelsea Market, not to mention all the shopping and eating you could want. An always incredible group of students make this one of our most (if not the most) successful trips.

Sign up for the New York trip happens in late November; the trip runs once a year in May. Students in Media Studies and Writer's Craft course receive first access to the limited spots. More information will be provided to students in class, or alternatively, parents can contact Mr. Scott Johnstone for more information.
