Congratulations on being selected as an intern at Forest Valley Outdoor Education Centre for the upcoming work term. We look forward to working and learning with you in the coming months.
To begin with, please send us the following information so that we might start the process of getting you a TDSB Employee Number.

Prior to your official start date, you will be required to attend a mandatory in-person documentation session at our Board Office, located at 5050 Yonge St. in Toronto. You will receive an email from staff in the Employee Services department in the next week or two, outlining the required documents that you will need to bring to that meeting, one of which is a current Vulnerable Sectors Check. Please note that in some jurisdictions the Vulnerable Sector Check can take approximately 2 to 3 weeks or longer, to process. Contact the nearest Local or Regional Police as well as the Regional Police near your home address (if different from your address while attending school) and ask how long the process will take to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check. More information regarding this will be in the email from Employee Services.
If you do not receive an email from Employee Services in the next two weeks, please check your junk mail/spam mail boxes and contact your Site Supervisor.
