Framing Question

How might citizens and government work together in order to address an issue effectively and fairly?

Learning Goal

If each student takes a different position of a real life organization (e.g. City of Toronto, Toronto Conservation Authority etc.) on an environmental challenge at Forest Valley, then they will develop the confidence and knowledge to defend their position in a public forum resulting in students knowing what it means to be an active citizen.
