One of the key members of our community is our School Resource Officer, Officer Thompson, who has an office in our building. He exemplifies in every way the Toronto Police Services Moto to “deliver services in partnership with our communities”. Our officer spends countless hours building positive relationships with all of our students. He opens the gym in the morning for our students to play basketball, soccer, or work out in the weight room. He also assists in coaching our track team and our cricket team. We have many former students who have decided to pursue a career in Police Services due to his positive manner in which he carries out his job. Officer Thompson also supports the anti-bullying club (seen left wearing pink nail polish to stop violence against women).
