Passwords reset by Jarvis Staff will be reset to the Shared Secret Password.

New passwords must meet the following criteria:

• Must not contain your first or last name
• Must be a minimum of 8 characters
• Must be different than last 5 passwords
• Must contain 3 of the following 4 criteria:
• Uppercase character(s)
• Lowercase character(s)
• Number(s)
• Special character(s)
