• Our annual Grade 9 Camp Program! It’s an opportunity in September for grade 9 students to meet their peers, some of the teachers, student leaders, and experience the outdoors in a supervised camp setting with high ropes, co-operative games, campfires and more at Camp Wahanowin.

Applications for the the MST Specialized Program for 2026/27 will be available Monday, November 24 and will close Friday, December 12, 2025 at noon.

Choices: Planning for Grade 9 contains information about course types and the diploma requirements. It also explains other relevant opportunities that will be available throughout high school. The Choices: Secondary Program Guide will help you explore the many programs available in TDSB secondary schools.

Secondary Schools Without a Boundary (SSWAB) – The legacy technical and commercial boundaries for five TDSB schools have been dissolved to expand access to all students. 

The Secondary Schools without a Boundary are:

• Central Technical School
• Central Toronto Academy
• Danforth Collegiate and Technical Institute
• Western Technical-Commercial School
• Northern Secondary School*

* Students wishing to attend Northern Secondary School who do not live within the Collegiate boundary for that school must apply through this process to attend Northern Secondary School.

The application for SSWAB can be found within the Secondary Out-of-Area Admissions application.
The application for September 2026 opens on January 5, 2026 and the deadline to apply is January 23, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
