The Milliken Public School Council is a collaborative and cooperative body whose objective is to facilitate a partnership of the school community to achieve the highest possible standards of education.

School Councils are advisory bodies composed of volunteers who work together to provide ideas and recommendations to the school principal or to the Board on such matters as codes of conduct within schools, school safety, appropriate dress of students in schools, fundraising initiatives, school budget priorities, renovation plans, and the criteria for selection of new vice-principals and principals.
