The Registration Process
We ask that students (and parents if applicable - note: U-18 require parental signatures on registration documents) come into the school to complete the registration process. If you would like to speed up the process please access the forms below and fill them in before coming in. Otherwise you can complete the paperwork here at the school. We ask that all applicants also bring in the supporting documents listed below. Our school closes during the summer ... please email Lisa.White@tdsb.on.ca for any inquiries regarding registration
1) TDSB APPLICATION FORMS
A) ALL NEW STUDENTS NEED TO FILL IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING
B) ALL STUDENTS COMPLETE the Permission and Consent Form Package
AND the TSS Probation Contract.
2) SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS: All new students
Please send or bring your supporting documentation. If you are sending via email - email lisa.white@tdsb.on.ca Title the message - New Student Documentation.
Documents Required:
- an up to date transcript or Ontario Student Status (formerly credit counseling summary) You can request one of these from your current or most recent guidance dept.
- a copy of your IEP if you have one.
3) COURSE SELECTION
THESTUDENTSCHOOL is a blended learning school. You are expected to attend each of your classes twice weekly but also do work online through our Google Classrooms. We operate on a rotating DAY 1, Day 2 and Bi-Weekly DAY 3 schedule. Click on the COURSE SELECTION FORM BELOW TO VIEW OUR SCHEDULE. We will assist you with the course selection process during the in-person registration.
