The Grade 2 program at Kennedy follows the Ontario Curriculum and builds on the skills and knowledge developed in Grade 1. Students strengthen their reading, writing, and math abilities through meaningful, real-world learning experiences that promote problem-solving and creativity. The program encourages curiosity and exploration in science and social studies while supporting personal growth and social development. Through the arts, physical education, and technology, students express themselves and work collaboratively with others. At Kennedy, Grade 2 learners are supported in becoming confident, independent thinkers who enjoy learning and taking on new challenges.
