Adult 21+ Returning Students Registration

Previous Ontario Student Registration: Quad 3 (Feb-April)

You are a PREVIOUS student if: 

  • you attended SCAS or any other TDSB high school in the past 5 years
  • you earned Ontario Secondary School Credits within the last 5 years outside of the TDSB but in the Province of Ontario
  • you have already taken a TDSB Adult School Assessment at SCAS, BALC, CALC, Yorkdale, or Emery Adult Schools (not LINC).

Registration appointments will take place on:

  • Tuesday, January 14th
  • Wednesday, January 15th
  • Location: SCAS: 720 Midland Ave, Scarborough Ontario

Note: 

  • Students are scheduled ONLINE on a first-come, first-served basis and enrollment is subject to availability. 
  • If you require an English or Math assessment, please use the New Student Registration Form

How much does it cost? 

  • The 2024/25 SCAS 21+ student fee will be $20 for the year.

Required documents:

  • proof of citizenship or residence status in Canada (Passport / PR Card/Indigenous Status card or Refugee / Claimant status (you can apply for a valid Study Permit on site).  
  • valid picture ID,  
  • transcript or Credit Counselling Summary / Ontario Student Status Report from an Ontario High School (if you have been in the Ontario secondary school system).  Not required if you attended a TDSB high school or TDSB Adult school in the last 5 years

 

Aside from ORIGINAL photo ID and proof of status in Canada (photos are NOT accepted), please bring:

  • an official transcript from your last school of record (if it was not SCAS) - you cannot choose courses without us knowing your credits earned to date; any credits earned outside of the TDSB since you last attended will need transcript information in order for it to be added.
  • Need to contact your old school? See the "find your school" and search by school name and then call them directly
  • If you have been out of the TDSB for longer than 3 years, you may need to contact Central Transcript Office to order your transcripts.
