CAPUT is our student council, run under the supervision of a Staff Advisor.
CAPUT is composed of:
- An Executive elected yearly by the student body.
- A Council formed from grade representatives.
- Representatives from clubs and extra-curricular organizations.

Student Activity Cards (SAC)
Oakwood takes pride in its great school spirit and strong student involvement in school life. The student activity levy of $20.00 supports CAPUT (Student Council) run activities and events which students organize throughout the year. CAPUT events include: spirit days, BBQ’s, speakers, dances, and social events. The SAC levy also supports co-curricular clubs, teams and student-led organizations. The SAC levy is paid to the Home Form teacher during the first week of school. Any student requiring financial assistance is asked to see a Guidance Counselor for school support.
In addition, students may choose to purchase the following items:

- School Yearbook - $35.00
