Within the natural environment, students take digital photographs focusing on the elements and principles of design. Teachers choose an arts or ecology focus for this program.

Arts: Students are encouraged to consider lighting, subject of interest, perspective, scale and framing when arranging their composition.

Ecology: Students are encouraged to capture images that represent examples of grade specific curricular concepts. (e.g. biodiversity, interactions)
